Angelcolor Bambi Series Colour Contact Lenses in Chocolate
I'm not sure if you are familiar with coloured contact lenses, but they have been pretty popular in Japan for more than a decade. I'd never tried it before because I had been wearing contact lenses since I was 15 which was a bother enough, and I didn't see the point of wearing contact lenses for a fashion purpose. Also there were limited kinds of prescription coloured contact lenses which tend to be quite pricey. So I was kind of excited to try coloured contact lenses for the first time when I received them as a PR sample!
I guess it's called Bambi series because the lenses make your eyes look like bambi's....what a weird name. Anyway, the packaging looks just like the normal contact lenses I wear.

This colour (pattern?) is called "Chocolate", and there is another one called "Almond" which is simpler than this one.

I personally thought it was so freaky. I looked like a cartoon character or something with emotionless eyes! I think this look would suit teenagers or the girls who love girlie fashion. But obviously, it was too "cute" for my liking and I couldn't go anywhere with the lenses on. I think Japanese singers like Kyary Pamyu Pamyu wear these kinds of lenses to define their eyes, but this look is definitely not for me!
